Okay, so I decided not to seize the opportunity with XFC. I went to their website and did some research and turns out I would just be handing out flyers and stuff, and there was no real set program as far as an internship is concerned. I did, however, contact Nancy Johnson from Moffitt and she is still in need of an intern for the fall. I sent her some writing samples yesterday, and I'm looking forward to hearing from her soon.
More on this battle for the internships as it comes up... And Dr. Werder said that Bateman should be decided and announced by tomorrow.
AAAH, what I would do for that opportunity.
